Did you know fundraising can be easy?

Introducing easyfundraising - A regular source of funding for your unit!

Running your unit has expenses and subs often don’t cover everything you want to do with your girls.

But there is a free and simple way that you can create your own funding to support your activities. With fundraising website easyfundraising, your unit can benefit from free donations whenever leaders and parents shop online.

How does it work?

It’s simple – create a free fundraising account for your unit at here and every time parents or leaders buy something from over 4,000 shops including Amazon, eBay, Trainline, Hobbycraft, Just Eat, Argos, M&S, Waitrose & Booking.com, the retailer they shop with sends your unit a donation which you can use towards your costs, anything from subsidising trips to buying the drinks and biscuits!

It’s free to sign up and use and purchases don’t cost anything extra. It’s just free money for your unit from the retailers that parents and leaders are shopping with anyway.

How to get started?

  1. Sign up your unit as a cause on easyfundraising (it’s free and only takes a couple of minutes)
  2. Then ask your fellow leaders, the girls’ parents and other Girlguiding supporters in your community to sign up and support the unit (also free!)
  3. Every time they shop online, your unit gets free cash – simple!

What do other units think?

Our units have come together because we are undertaking a big project to replace our existing hut so we have got a large amount of money that we need to raise and easyfundraising is helping towards that. We would really encourage any unit to sign-up to use easyfundraising, it's unbelievable easy and simple to use, a great way to supplement your unit funds.

We love easyfundraising! We encourage parents and carers to sign up and to ask their family and friends to sign up and to use it for absolutely everything. To date, we have raised around £840 through easyfundraising, which helped with our recent unit trip to Sangam, the WAGGGS World Centre in India and will support our next adventure.
