The WAGGGS theme for World Thinking Day 2018 was IMPACT, which encouraged members to celebrate the impact that the guiding movement has on the lives of its members and their communities. We encouraged participants from our region to link up with Girl Guides and Girl Scouts from overseas during their sleepovers so that they could see this impact in action - and wish them a happy World Thinking Day, of course!
There was also the opportunity to help fundraise for Girlguiding's branch associations who were affected by the hurricanes in 2017.
