In 2014 Girlguiding LaSER teamed up with Artsadmin to commission artist Phoebe Davies and rapper Shay D to produce the AMP challenge and badge. Phoebe and Shay D brought together Girlguiding members, volunteers and students from across East London to think about the power of the female voice and broader ideas of what feminism means to young women today.
The outcome of which was a live soundscape performed by participants at Southbank Centre’s Women of the World Festival Club Night in 2014.
