These banners are designed for outdoor or indoor use or high traffic areas. They are designed to withstand windspeeds of 13-18 miles per hour (Beaufort scale 4).
N.B. The base needs to be filled with water (15 litres) to stabilise the banner and
must be thoroughly drained before replacing in its hold-all container.
