Tora Shand

I'm one of the region's two Lead Volunteers for Growth & Retention. As a former county commissioner for London South West, I have experience encouraging growth and retention of volunteers and girls – which is probably why I now have this role! I am really looking forward to taking this role as far as I can and growing Girlguiding as much as possible, to give more girls the opportunity to experience our organisation and gain confidence.
