Invitation to a very special premiere!

You are invited to a very special premiere! BBC Children in Need would like to invite Rainbow and Brownie units who took part in this year’s fundraising to join them for the red-carpet premiere of the CBeebies Night Before Christmas Panto!

Girlguiding has 100 tickets available so tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

When: Sunday 28 November at 10am
Where: Cineworld, 5-6 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7NA

At 10am there will be fun on the red carpet, followed by the screening at 11am. You'll need to arrange your own travel, and follow guidance on risk assessments for day trips.

Q: Who can go?
A: This is a free ticket give away for units who participated in the Children in Need appeal! As it’s a Cbeebies panto, it's best suited to Rainbows and Brownies. This opportunity has been offered to units in LASER, due to the location of the event and the short notice.

Q: When do tickets become available?
A: Tickets will not be on sale, but will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Q: How do I book tickets?
A: Please email Supporters@girlguiding.org.uk with a link of your just giving page and with the number of girl and adult tickets needed. Unfortunately we have to distribute tickets on a first come first served basis. If you do not receive a response to your email then unfortunately you have been unsuccessful in securing tickets.

Q: Do i need to arrange my own travel?
A: Yes you will need to arrange your own travel to and from the premiere.

Q: Do I need to complete a risk assessment?
A: Yes, please follow existing risk assessment guidance for day trips.

Q: I emailed but haven't heard anything?
A: The fundraising team are working hard to process all emails from Girlguiding members and aim to get back to every email with 72 hours. If you have emailed with all the necessary information please wait to be contacted by the team. If you do not hear within one week then unfortunately you haven't been successful in securing tickets.

Q: Will a badge be available?
A: Yes, the Children in Need appeal badge is now available.
