As a residential advisor, I want to support all county residential advisors by helping build a friendly and supportive network. It’s all about sharing what works, talking through any challenges, and inspiring each other. I’d love to see more leaders take on the GAW qualification, and encourage those who already have it to keep creating amazing residential experiences for as many young members as possible.
