Julie Lowe

I am a Rainbow, Brownie, Guide and Ranger leader in north London and just finishing my term as county commissioner in Girlguiding London North East county. I work as a senior manager in the NHS and am mum to a 12 year old Guide.

I have been a Girlguiding trainer for nearly 20 years and I am really looking forward to a role focusing on learning and development. I am passionate about ensuring we equip our volunteers with the knowledge and skills needed to provide great Guiding locally as well as ensuring safe practice. I also want to respond to the different learning needs of all our volunteers: be they parent helpers, young women looking for experience working with children or Girlguiding members with multiple roles.
