  • Cycling - Girlguiding versus Scouts!
    London’s Scouts and Girlguiding are challenged to get on their bikes and prove who are the keenest and most fashionable cyclists! Everyone taking part in two Sky Ride Local rides from 28 June – 3 August will receive a fantastic British Cycling neck buff which can be tied in 13 different ways!   • Put on your walking shoes for LaSER Walks Miles!
    Summer is here and the aim of our challenge is to get as many LaSER members out and about - walking! We are asking you to record the miles walked, award certificates for long distances, and log the number of certificates handed out!
  • Big Brownie Birthday – come and celebrate a 100 years of Brownies!
    Brownies is in the full swing of their 100 year anniversary. We had a wonderful Big Brownie Birthday with a sold out weekend in Butlins. Many other County events and activities are planned, so be sure to check out their .
  • I was a Brownie T-Shirt launch!
    A team of young designers – all former Brownies – has created a special limited-edition T-shirt for the Debenhams Red Herring range. They are available in Debenhams’ high street shops and via its online store, and the proceeds will help fund our vital work. Take a look at the t-shirt .
  • The Senior Section Centenary 2016
    In 2016 The Senior Section will be celebrating their centenary. There will be lots of celebrations, including the possibility of a Region international event. Let us know where you would like to go by completing this survey! Find out more information .

Girlguiding London and South East England Region (LaSER) is the leading charity for girls and young women in London and the South East – with over 81,000 fantastic Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Senior Section members and volunteers. We give girls a space where they can be themselves, have fun, build brilliant friendships, gain valuable life skills and make a positive difference to their lives and their communities. We build girls’ confidence and raise their aspirations. We give them the chance to discover their full potential and encourage them to be a powerful force for good!
