The young leader development programme (YLDP) has been created by young leaders, for young leaders, and will support them in taking the next step in their leadership journey.
Our region YLDP training event will enable attendees to find out more about the programme, complete up to 2 modules and meet other young leaders and young external volunteers from across the region. The fun-filled day will help young volunteers to develop new skills and make new connections. This event is for young leaders and young external volunteers whether they’re new to volunteering or have already started the YLDP.
Unit leaders are welcome to attend along with their young leaders and young external volunteers. There will be separate sessions for adults with guidance available on the programme and how to support young volunteers as they navigate the YLDP.
Who: Young leaders or young external volunteers aged 14-17 (with their unit leaders welcome to attend as well)
When: 10am – 4pm Saturday 22 March 2025
Where: Pax Lodge, 12C Lyndhurst Road, London, NW3 5PQ
Cost: Free (travel expenses will be reimbursed and lunch will be provided)
Registration closes on Friday 14 March 2025, or before if event capacity is reached.
