- Helen founded BBC News School Report, working with thousands of schools to help 11-16 year olds make and broadcast their own news.
- She worked for the BBC for over 20 years, first as a researcher, then producer, then senior producer and finally editor for programmes including BBC News24 and Woman’s Hour.
- Helen’s team at School Report won a European Diversity Award for being inclusive.
