Rangers from London joined over 100 young people in Croydon this weekend for YOU London's Leadership Development Weekend. The members came from uniformed youth organisations across the capital, including Girlguiding, Army Cadet Force, Boys’ Brigade, Fire Cadets, Girls’ Brigade, RAF Air Cadets, Scouts, Sea Cadets, St John Ambulance Cadets, Trinity School CCF and the Volunteer Police Cadets.
The weekend featured a leadership workshop, inspirational speakers and a series of activity challenges set by some of the organisations in attendance such as bridge building, CPR and fire rescue skills. See them in action below and on YOU London's Instagram stories.
